Pauline Zariczny

Pauline Zariczny, beloved mother of eleven children, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, December 26, 2025 at The Friendly Home nursing home in Woonsocket, RI.

Born on August 16th, 1928, Pauline was a light in this world that could not be dimmed. An incredible, independent woman who worked hard for everything she had.

A resident of Blackstone, MA., Pauline lived on her farm raising eleven beautiful children, Jack, Kathy, Stephen, Joanne, Billy, Mark, Richard, Marianne, Barbara, David, and Cheryl, with her now deceased husband John Zariczny. Pauline had many grandchildren and great-grandchildren living in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Georgia, Texas and other states. She is survived by ten children, her oldest son Jack is now deceased.

Pauline taught herself to cook incredible food from scratch. After tirelessly waking up at 4:00 a.m. to prep the animals on the farm , she would cook breakfast for her family and get them ready for the day. She worked many jobs and took care of her family night and day. Her strength and   perseverance throughout any obstacle she faced continues to amaze all who knew her. The Lord be with you in Heaven and may you rest in peace.
